Her husband and his father are both Army veterans. Her brother served in the Navy. And for more than 5 years, Amy Haviland volunteered her service as recording secretary for Honor Flight Syracuse’s philanthropy committee. It’s one of those quiet, behind-the-scenes jobs that makes HFS effective. Operations VP Rob Schoeneck and former philanthropy committee chair Jeff Bastable presented a volunteer appreciation award to Amy at the offices of Bond, Schoeneck and King where she serves as Executive Assistant to the Management Committee.
