Unsung volunteer heroes like Amy Haviland deserve a shout-out
Her husband and his father are both Army veterans. Her brother served in the Navy. And for more than 5 years, Amy Haviland volunteered her service as recording secretary for Honor Flight Syracuse’s philanthropy committee.
