Honor Flight Syracuse Mission 13 departs this Saturday, April 27 with 80 veterans and their guardians traveling to Washington, DC for a day of thanks and memories. If you would like to attend the Welcome Home Ceremony on Saturday evening, please read on for info. Please note, the arrival time is 7:20 p.m. – slightly later than past flights! Also, with the construction completed, our Welcome Home Parade and Ceremony will once again be inside the Airport!

Please arrive in time for the 7:20 pm arrival – we recommend no later than 6:45. Parking will be available in the Airport Garage at standard rates.

The plane will land to a water-cannon salute outside the South Terminal. After the plane lands, please BE PATIENT – it will take about 45 minutes for the veterans to deplane and line up for the Parade. You can wait inside the Main Terminal, the Veterans will parade from South Baggage Claim to the Main Terminal and the Welcome Home ceremony will be held in front of the Main Staircase.
